An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Clinical Lead within Zinnia CMHT. You will be joining us at an exciting time of the planning and implementation of Community transformation. The role requires working autonomously in providing high quality assessments, reviews, treatment interventions, clinical advice and expertise to the wider MDT in supporting service users with severe and enduring mental illness. The Clinical Lead will work across the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and support the team managers in effective operation of the team by undertaking practice and professional lead responsibility for specified areas of care delivery. They will be responsible for the development and maintenance of effective clinical pathways between CMHT and other services. The lead role involves positively influencing and improving the quality of clinical practice by providing support, supervision, educational and professional development opportunities for staff within the CMHT. They will develop confidence and competence within the team for managing complex clinical cases and issues and take a lead role in the provision of clinical leadership and caseload supervision to the team.
