An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join our Central Admission team in Elective Access. Base site Enfield Civic Centre.
The post holder will be required to work across sites, working alongside the current Service Manager and supporting the Assistant Operations Manager in the operational management of the service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering in managing a large busy team, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritise in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and working as part of a team is essential. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of RTT and Cancer targets and knowledge of the current NHS challenges and opportunities.
