Overview

West Midlands Rehab Centre and Moseley Hall Hospital employ an Occupational Therapist to deliver high quality rehabilitation for clients with significant neurological disability. The post holds a caseload and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for a designated caseload of clients with complex neurological impairment.
  • Deliver evidence‑based OT interventions locally and regionally within hospital units, client home or community.
  • Work collaboratively with other OT colleagues and multidisciplinary team to meet client needs.
  • Participate in annual rotation across West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre and Moseley Hall Hospital outpatient services.
Qualifications
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with relevant clinical experience in neurology and assessment of complex disability.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with patients, carers, colleagues and agencies.
  • Car driver able to travel between service bases and to community patients.
