We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Renal Dietitian to join our esteemed client in London. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, where you will be responsible for providing specialised dietary management for patients with kidney disease. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of dietary plans, which are critical for patient health and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the dietary needs of patients with kidney disease, developing and implementing tailored nutrition plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain meticulous records and documentation.
