Overview

Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in Harrow, UK. This is a full-time locum role for three months. Earn up to £27 per hour and join a team dedicated to musculoskeletal outpatient care for children and young people. The role includes managing a designated caseload of children with physical and mobility challenges and Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly for whom English is an additional language (EAL).

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialised physiotherapy services to a targeted caseload of children and young people with diverse physical and mobility challenges.
  • Develop and implement complex treatment plans and specialist therapeutic programmes tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching, medical, and nursing staff, as well as parents and carers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Engage with Health, Education, and Social Services to plan and deliver high-quality services seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and report on progress to ensure optimal care delivery.
Requirements
  • Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle for moving between community settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with children and young people, particularly in a musculoskeletal outpatient environment.
