The successful candidate will manage a general paediatric caseload, including allergy and faltering growth cases, and will work in face-to-face clinics as well as inpatient settings. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Locum Paediatric Dietitian to join our team in Walsall. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage a general paediatric caseload, covering allergy, faltering growth, and ARFID. The role involves face-to-face clinics and covering two inpatient wards. While experience in paediatric diabetes is desirable, it is not essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dietetic assessment, intervention, and education to paediatric patients. You will conduct face-to-face clinics, manage a varied caseload, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care. Your role will also include maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to the development of nutritional care plans. Hybrid working arrangements can be considered for the right candidate.
