Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Intermediate Care Unit patients with complex needs.
• Supervise and train junior staff and rehabilitation assistants.
• Provide supervision to students on practice placements.
• Participate in planning, delivery, and evaluation of services.
• Be an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop clinical expertise in a designated specialism.
