Rate: £24.00 – £27.00 Per Hour

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our client’s team in Preston. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide expert nutritional advice and support to patients with a range of conditions, from acute illness to long-term health issues. You’ll assess and plan personalized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Your role will involve educating patients and staff on diet-related matters, ensuring effective communication of complex information. You will also monitor and review patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and contribute to ongoing service development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
• Previous experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge and experience in assessing and managing patients with a variety of medical conditions, including gastrointestinal, metabolic, and chronic diseases.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based dietary interventions and treatment planning.
• Ability to educate and advise patients on nutritional management and lifestyle changes.
• Experience with nutrition assessments and creating personalized care plans.
