Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months post-qualification experience at Band 5 or above in an NHS organisation.
• Experience in CR/DR x-ray systems and CT imaging.
• Evidence of in-house training in leadership or modality related.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between General X-ray and CT.
• Support junior staff and participate in 24/7 rosters.
• Conduct audits and lead a team when necessary.

Skills

Computer literate including Radiology Information Systems/PACs

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to organise and prioritise (self and others)

Experience of Leading a Team/Ability to lead others

Ability to work unsupervised / Lone work

Education

BSc Diagnostic Radiography or DCR (equivalent)
