Rate: £25–£32 per hour

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in London. The role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication management, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through medication reviews and personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice on drug therapy.
  • Ensure the safe dispensing of medications.
  • Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use.
  • Monitor patient progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Contribute to developing clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical pharmacy practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in medication reviews and audits.
  • Commitment to professional development.
