Support Intermediate Care Physiotherapists in delivering high‑quality therapy and rehabilitation services.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility programmes tailored to their individual needs.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records and document treatment progress.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care.
Contribute to planning and reviewing therapeutic activities during team meetings.
Provide patient feedback and observations to help inform treatment planning.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
Preferably HCPC registered, with at least 2 years’ experience in a relevant therapy or physiotherapy support role.
A full UK driving licence is desirable for travelling between sites.
