A regional healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking a Band 4 Nurse Associate who has completed their qualification and is ready to make a difference in community nursing. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, work independently and support registered nurses. This role offers induction, development, and opportunities for furthering nursing qualifications through apprenticeship and secondments. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work are required.
Band 4 Nurse Associate – Newly qualified Nurse Associates welcomed and supported with induction, development and career progression opportunities. This post is for the role based at Bucklands Team East Locality, working within the community nursing teams.
The service operates between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, seven days a week.
Opportunities for further development via the Nurse Apprenticeship scheme and secondments to develop into a registered nurse.
