This is a part‑time position (22.25 hours per week), providing reception and administrative support within the Urology Diagnostic Unit at St Albans City Hospital.
The post‑holder will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing bookings, updating patient records, handling enquiries, and coordinating appointment flow.
They will work closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient‑focused service while maintaining confidentiality, adhering to Trust policies, and supporting a safe and welcoming environment.
