We are seeking experienced Band 3 Support Workers to join our team for a full-time continuous job across Poole and Bournemouth . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability, consistent hours, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with mental health conditions in their daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to the assessment of individuals’ needs and assist in developing, reviewing, and updating care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Observe and monitor the mental and physical health of service users, identifying any concerns or risks, and report these to senior staff or mental health professionals.
  • Assist in managing crisis situations, including de-escalating difficult or challenging behaviors in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, safeguarding procedures, and organizational policies.
