This vacancy is for a Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting, joining the Central Team in Shropshire.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary team, working with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners and rehabilitation staff to provide patient support in homes or care homes.
• Support patients with a range of conditions, provide rehabilitation and assist in short‑ and long‑term management planning.
• Work closely with other community teams and social‑care colleagues to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting.
