A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to work in their department. This role includes performing assessments and technical procedures, with full training provided. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting and a commitment to personal development. This position offers a permanent full-time contract with competitive salary and benefits.
To deliver effectively, as part of a team and individually where applicable, specific Ophthalmic clinical assessments including assessment of visual acuity, intraocular pressure, visual fields, ophthalmic imaging and OCT testing. This will be at a diagnostic clinic setting.
The post holder will be required to have understanding of basic ophthalmic terminology and history taking; training will be provided.
