Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Locum Therapy Assistant to join our Horton Rehabilitation Services team in Epsom. This role is essential for supporting individuals with mental health challenges, contributing to their recovery and well-being.
As a Band 3 Locum Therapy Assistant you will assist in delivering therapeutic interventions and support to patients within the rehabilitation setting. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to help implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You will provide support during group and individual therapy sessions, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for patients. You will help monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team. You will ensure accurate documentation of patient activities and maintain confidentiality in accordance with trust policies.
