To provide high quality professional administrative support to the Community Nursing Teams. To support the Team Leaders and community nursing teams to implement efficient office systems and procedures.
To ensure high standards of customer services are met at all times when liaising with staff, external organisations, patients and their relatives.
Although the post holder will mainly be based at Meadway community nursing team, you could be asked to travel or support any of our community nursing teams within the East locality.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to provide high quality professional administrative support to the Community Nursing teams – the successful post holder will be required to work from various teams in that locality to provide cover as required, so the candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility.
Are you a skilled administrator with experience of data bases? Microsoft Word and Excel? Able to work on your own initiative? With excellent communication skills?
