Role Overview

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Apprentice Ward Clerk to join our team on Fern ward at King George Hospital.

Care of the Elderly is currently going through a process of change to ensure we meet the on‑going needs of our patients and to provide an excellent standard of care every time, every day. As an Apprentice Ward Clerk, you will ensure the smooth running of the ward e.g. booking ambulances, answering calls and arranging follow up appointments.

Alongside the role you will complete the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship. If you already hold a Customer Service qualification at Level 2 or above, you are not eligible to apply for this post.
