Overview
The Apprenticeship and Career Hub (ACH) are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly team. The ACH provides apprenticeships to Trust staff and external organisations. You will provide general data and administration support to the ACH Team, using a variety of learner management and Government systems. This is an office-based role which includes some lone working due to exam invigilation requirements. You will also be the main point of contact for general enquiries and telephone calls received to the office. We are looking for someone who has good organisational and computer skills, with excellent attention to detail to ensure data entry remains compliant with processes and legislation. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide general data and administrative support to the Apprenticeship and Career Hub (ACH) team using learner management systems and Government systems.
- Act as the initial point of reference for employees and managers, dealing with queries and escalating to the Team as required.
- Provide administrative support as required by the Data Co-ordinator and/or other members of the Team.
- Be the main point of contact for general enquiries and telephone calls to the office.
- Assist with processing and monitoring of staff undertaking apprenticeships across the organisation, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship alongside the role. If you already hold a Level 3 Business qualification, you are not eligible to apply.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Be 16 years old or over.
- Have the right to work in the UK with a visa that covers the duration of the apprenticeship.
- Have been permanently resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
- Good organisational and computer skills with excellent attention to detail and a tidy data entry approach compliant with processes and legislation.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
