Rate of Pay

• Day rate £ per hour
• Night rate £ per hour

Working Hours

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Rotating shifts (4 on 4 off). Flexible to work both day and night shifts, including weekends (weekend nights essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best possible production of our products in alignment with site and customer requirements and standards; ensuring this is maintained across the bakery environment.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy; fulfil orders efficiently.
• Operate and maintain machinery within the factory in accordance with food and health & safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment, following cleaning best practice procedures.
• Complete all hygiene documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in customer visits and audits as required.

There will be some manual handling included in this role.
