Job summary

A leading biscuit manufacturing company in the UK seeks an experienced engineer to provide effective maintenance support. You will perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of production equipment. Required qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in a fast-paced environment. This role demands attention to safety and hygiene standards and includes a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ideally in food or FMCG.
• Practical understanding of PLC systems.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance activities as per the CMMS.
• Attend and repair breakdowns as required.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
