We are looking for a proven Backend Developer for Agent-Led AI Platform. This is a rare opportunity to join from the ground up, own key parts of the backend architecture, and help shape the foundation of a technically ambitious product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build backend systems for data ingestion, enrichment, and intelligent storage and support for agentic AI workflows including data-driven reasoning and autonomous task execution
• Design APIs to serve structured and unstructured data to downstream services and AI agents
• Build scalable data pipelines to unify third-party inputs and support reasoning layers
• Work with vector stores and structured databases to power semantic querying and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and AI leads to ship end-to-end functionality
• Optimise for performance, modularity, observability, and scale from day one

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in backend development with production systems (Node.js, Python, Go preferred)
• Fluency with flexible databases like MongoDB and solid understanding of API architecture
• Experience ingesting data from external APIs and normalising across varied formats
• Familiarity with vector search, semantic data modelling, or distributed systems
• Clean code habits, strong testing discipline, and eagerness to design from first principles
• Bonus: Agentic experience, background in analytics platforms or data-heavy products
