About the Role – What You’ll Do

As a Back of House Assistant at Amazonico, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Front of House team and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, organised, and fully prepared.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Polishing glasses, cutlery, and dishes to company standards
• Clearing used items from service and preparing them for washing
• Supporting the FOH team with mise en place before, during, and after service, ensuring stations are always stocked
• Correctly operating the glass crusher machine in line with SOPs
• Keeping the back‑of‑house area clean, tidy, and functional at all times
• Assisting with guest washrooms, including replenishing toilet rolls and fresh hand towels

• Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
• A reliable, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A hands‑on, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
