• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
• Experience with Learning Journeys and Key Groups.
• Knowledge of mindfulness strategies and the Hygge approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the EYFS and meet individual children's needs.
• Keep records of children's development and learning.
• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with parents.

Skills

Experience working with babies and children between 0-4 years

Strong knowledge of Safeguarding Policies

Ability to write observations and reports
