Senior B2B Sales Manager: Consumer Electronics Distribution – Home-Based, UK-wide (regular travel). £70‑90 k OTE Year 1 (70/30 split) | £100 k+ realistic Year 2.

We are a high‑growth, founder‑led consumer electronics distributor with an exciting mixed portfolio of audio brands, mobile accessories, smart home devices and fast‑moving tech gadgets. To accelerate our UK expansion, the founders are personally hiring a proven Senior B2B Sales Manager who will own and build our reseller & commercial channel from its early foundations into a multi‑million‑pound powerhouse, and eventually lead the team we build around you. This is a genuine ground‑floor leadership opportunity for a heavy‑hitting sales operator who still loves to hunt.

Your mission
  • Take full ownership of the UK B2B channel (independent and national resellers, IT/AV integrators, education procurement frameworks, public sector, hospitality groups and corporate end‑users) and win and develop high‑value, long‑term partnerships, from first meeting to signed trading agreements and joint growth plans.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, rebates, marketing funds and exclusivity deals.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the founders on strategy, vendor relationships and new brand partnerships.
  • Lay the foundations for the future UK sales team (this role will naturally evolve into Head of Sales / Sales Director as we grow).
You
  • Experience in B2B sales (5+ years) in consumer electronics, IT distribution, AV or related fields.
  • Existing channel network across UK resellers, education, public sector or hospitality (and/or other B2B channels).
  • Experience working for a distributor or reseller – commercial, strategic and hands‑on, happy to carry a bag while shaping the bigger picture.
  • Based in the UK, full driving licence, comfortable with travel.
