Gigaclear is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales professional to deliver the acquisition of high-value business clients.
This role is responsible for identifying, exploring developing and converting new acquisition sales opportunities - whilst delivering exceptional customer experience. You ll build strong relationships across multiple platforms, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. You'll leverage your commercial acumen and consultative selling approach to drive revenue growth within key sectors and regions.
Working closely with Sales and Operations leadership, you ll shape internal processes, champion the voice of the customer, and ensure our service aligns with enterprise-level expectations.
This role carries defined acquisition targets and plays a vital part in the continued growth of Gigaclear s drive for high value major customers. Gigaclear is a fast-growing business and the B2B Field Sales Executive will be required to support the team, as the department and business continues to grow and evolve.
Key Accountability & Responsibilities
- Acquiring and agreed levels of revenue from high value sectors and regions.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, ensuring timely follow-up, nurturing, and converting through effective lead management processes.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, tracking progress through sales stages, and ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Handling customer communications including leads and potential customers professionally and efficiently through a mixture of channels, including but not limited to in person, phone, email, and social media.
- Providing a premium experience to Gigaclear business customers, taking ownership of the sales process through to resolution.
- Meet agreed individual and team KPIs including customer satisfaction, first time resolution and average wait times.
- Managing own workload effectively and supporting team where required in more complex cases
- Supporting the development of the Major Account acquisition proposition, providing key inputs to support the management team make continual improvements.
- Being the voice of the customer, championing ideas through regular focus groups, helping to improve the business customer experience
- Identifying areas of improvement on internal processes and working with the B2B Operations team to effectively implement changes
- Building key relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage a positive and collaborative way of working
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience of delivering high-quality sales & customer service to high value business customers
- Proven ability to independently generate opportunities and manage all stages of the sales process from start to finish.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365, in particular; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Understanding of relevant Data Protection laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills allowing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Solutions focussed with a methodical approach to problem solving and decision making, championing the business customer experience at every opportunity
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to understand and complete tasks on own initiative
- Ability to approach potentially challenging situations in a positive and supportive manner
- Previous experience of B2B services essential
