• Act as Certifying & Support Staff following company authorizations.
• Supervise and allocate base maintenance tasks for operational deadlines.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with approved data.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety management systems.
• Support Quality and Compliance teams with audits and inspections.
• Promote a Just Culture for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review work packages to reflect maintenance carried out.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Certifying & Support Staff and exercise privileges in accordance with company authorisations.
• Supervise and allocate base maintenance tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines.
• Ensure the completion and certification of maintenance work in line with approved data and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, internal processes, and safety management systems.
• Support the Quality and Compliance teams, ensuring audits and inspections are carried out smoothly.
• Promote and uphold a Just Culture, encouraging open reporting and continuous improvement.
• Prepare, review, and hand over work packages, ensuring documentation accurately reflects maintenance carried out.
