Principal Consultant – Leadership Development (Bilingual Polish & English)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to deeply understand client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities.
• Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup’s analytics with clients' strategic priorities.
• Lead executive‑level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching that help leaders elevate performance, strengthen culture, and achieve measurable business results.
• Master concepts linked to strengths development, employee engagement, performance and management principles, and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology.
• At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives.
• Full fluency in French and English required.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Gallup‑Certified Strengths Coach certification or International Coaching Federation certification preferred.
• Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.K. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
