Job summary

A leading retail company in the United Kingdom is seeking an AWS IVR Engineer to manage and maintain their AWS Connect IVR solution. The role requires significant experience with AWS and AWS Connect, leading technical migration efforts, and collaborating with the DevSecOps team. Candidates should possess strong skills in user documentation and Terraform. This position values inclusivity and diversity within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Significant commercial experience using AWS Connect.
  • Significant experience with AWS.
  • Experience producing quality user documentation.
  • Experience working with Service Cloud Voice integration.
  • Experience writing and maintaining deployments using code (Terraform preferred).
  • Commercial experience with Azure.

Job Overview

As an AWS IVR Engineer within the Run and Operate chapter, you will be helping the team manage and maintain our AWS Connect IVR solution. This solution was recently migrated from a third party to our own AWS Connect infrastructure. Although you will be the SME, you will work very closely with the rest of the DevSecOps team that manages the Tesco Mobile cloud platforms to ensure existing standards are followed as well as cross‑skilling them to integrate into the BAU support service.
