• A HND/ NVQ level 3 is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a similar spa role is required.
• Motivated to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service from guest arrival to departure.
• Perform all core treatments to the highest standard.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and participate in training.
• Upsell treatments and retail products.
• Complete tasks as directed by Senior Therapist and Spa Manager.
• Promote the spa’s product line and establish client relationships.
