The Role

• 360 recruitment role focused on logistics, transport and warehouse clients
• Business development across new and existing clients
• Also available an established desk with 10-15 clients on board
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates across the UK logistics market
• Building long-term client partnerships and becoming a specialist in your niche
• Working alongside a tight-knit team of passionate recruitment professionals

About You

• Previous 360 recruitment experience (ideally 12+ months)
• Sector experience in logistics, driving, or industrial is highly beneficial
• Other temp, volume sectors considered
• Confident with BD and client engagement
• Target-driven, ambitious, and keen to build a long-term career
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
