Job Description Aviation Compliance & Quality Engineer - £35k-£47k

Location: Cambridge| Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm | 29 Days Holiday (inc. Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities
  • Liaising directly with the Military Aviation Authority (MAA)
  • Writing and maintaining procedures to meet operational and regulatory needs
  • Conducting internal audits aligned with CAA standards (Part 145)
  • Supporting the QMS through ongoing compliance (note: no ISO 9001 required)
  • Working hands-on with aircraft and engineering teams

  • Strong background in aviation or aerospace manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Civil Aviation Authority standards, ideally Part 145
  • Experience working on or around aircraft
  • Ability to manage compliance processes and liaise with regulatory bodies
