Southern England (Commutable from: Surbiton, Guildford, Reading, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Crawley, Maidstone, Brighton, Oxford, Southampton, London)

Are you an AV engineer with a background in servicing or installing cinema or theatre audiovisual systems, looking to take the next step in your career at a long‑established company working on high‑profile cinema projects with excellent training and progression opportunities?

On offer is a varied, field‑based role covering cinema and private AV installations where you will receive full in‑house and manufacturer training, including Q‑SYS programming, alongside a supportive close‑knit team environment.

This long‑standing company are specialists in cinema integration services. With a growing workload due to industry‑wide equipment upgrades, they are looking to expand their team of skilled engineers to continue delivering high‑quality projects across the UK and beyond.

This is a Monday‑Friday position where you will be travelling to cinema sites and occasionally to private or specialist installations (including high‑net‑worth projects such as superyachts). You will carry out hands‑on servicing, installations, and client support, with overnight stays when required.

This role would suit an AV engineer or technician with installation or servicing experience, looking for a hands‑on, client‑facing position offering specialist training, variety of work, and opportunities to work on prestigious projects.

The Role.
