You will diagnose system faults, propose innovative solutions, and communicate with clients in a professional manner. The ideal candidate has significant AV knowledge, including experience with Crestron and audio DSP systems. This role supports corporate clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
AV Desktop / Helpdesk Support Engineer sought for technically proficient AV professional to support integrated AV systems. You will diagnose system faults remotely, develop innovative fixes, and communicate professionally with clients by phone and remotely. You will experience call logging / ticketing and manage your time to ensure tickets meet agreed SLAs. End user clients are in the blue chip corporate sector.
