Qualifications

• Extensive site management experience in construction/fit out environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, Health & Safety legislation, and on-site compliance.
• Excellent IT and reporting skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Supervise all works and personnel on site including subcontractors and labour.
• Enforce site Health & Safety standards and carry out toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress and report on project milestones.
• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports for senior management.
