Qualifications

  • Have experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team.
  • Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage kitchen staff rota training and health and safety.
  • Demonstrate creativity in designing and delivering new dishes.
  • Great planning and organisational skills necessary for effective controls.
  • Pro-active approach to driving sales through engagement with teams.
