A leading automotive service provider is looking for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor in Oldbury. You will provide expert phone support to customers, assist in fixing issues without emergency patrols, and ensure top-level customer care. Essential qualifications include NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and strong communication skills. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, free breakdown membership, and a pension scheme.
Salary: £35,000.pa plus benefits
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Shifts: between 0700 – 2000 Monday to Sunday
