AutoCAD Architectural Technician - Heritage & Conservation, Oxford & Surrounding Areas

£30,000 to £32,000 per annum (approx. £577 to £615 per week)

Are you an experienced AutoCAD Technician with a passion for heritage architecture? Join a thriving architectural practice at the heart of Oxford, working on exciting conservation projects involving historic listed buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to preserving Oxford's unique built environment while developing your skills within a supportive, collaborative team.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Producing high-quality 2D AutoCAD drawings for heritage projects
  • Preparing planning and listed building applications via the Planning Portal
  • Assisting with Building Regulation applications
  • Developing detailed proposals such as kitchen/bathroom layouts and repair details
  • Occasional measured survey work and site visits
  • Preparing door, window, and ironmongery schedules using Excel

Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm, office based
