What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering a dynamic and inclusive curriculum.
  • Assisting pupils with personal care and physical support needs, including moving and handling.
  • Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity in all aspects of care.
  • Helping pupils thrive through guided learning and development activities.
  • Monitoring progress and sharing valuable insights with teaching staff.
  • Keeping classrooms organised and resource-ready for learning.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with children or in a care setting (professional or personal).
  • Confidence in delivering personal care with empathy and respect.
  • A valid enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential):
