We are seeking Autism Learning Mentors to work within one of our partner SEND schools in Northumberland. This exceptional setting offers a therapeutic curriculum and holistic approach to learning, incorporating elements such as Forest School, sensory-based learning, and creative interventions. The school benefits from amazing facilities, on‑site therapists, and outstanding support from Senior Leadership, with numerous permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
This rewarding role focuses on supporting children with Autism and additional SEND needs, helping them regulate emotions, build confidence, and fully engage in their learning journey.
You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to create a nurturing, structured environment where every child feels understood, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
