A reputable accountancy firm is seeking an Audit Semi-Senior to join their team in Peterborough. You will be responsible for all aspects of statutory audit engagements, supporting the preparation and review of financial statements, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is actively studying towards ACA/ACCA and has prior experience in an audit role. This full-time position offers a salary between £30,000-£35,000, hybrid working, and a comprehensive benefits package including study support, flexitime, and a Christmas bonus scheme.

The One Group are recruiting for an Audit Semi-Senior to join a reputable accountancy firm based in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis.

Schedule

35 hour working week

The firms client base is varied, but includes high net worth individuals as well as large corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of statutory audit engagements, from planning through to completion
• Support preparation and review of group and single entity financial statements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Supervise, coach and develop new trainees

Requirements

• Actively studying towards ACA/ACCA
• Prior experience in an audit role
