Audit and Accounts Manager Job Overview
  • Lead and manage a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients across multiple sectors.
  • Plan, execute, and finalise audit and accounts assignments in line with UK auditing and accounting standards.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members, contributing to their ongoing development.
  • Review audit and accounts work, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
  • Attend client and prospect meetings, building strong, trusted relationships as a key adviser.
  • Work collaboratively with directors and internal departments to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Contribute to business development activities and support the firm's strategic growth initiatives.
  • Assist directors with ad-hoc advisory assignments and special projects.
