Job description
Overview

The role is to assist in providing a comprehensive and professional audit typing service to clinical staff in the Trust, in conjunction with other secretaries working within the Team.

Working Hours

Full and part‑time roles are available from 18.75 hour per week to 37.5 hour per week (full time). Monday to Friday working days only.

Immigration

Under current Home Office Immigration Rules this role does not meet the UK Visas and Immigration criteria and is not eligible for skilled worker sponsorship. Applications from candidates requiring sponsorship will not be shortlisted.

Responsibilities
  • Audio typing and typing of clinic letters to patients and other healthcare professionals with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Processing these letters to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Checking outcomes of clinic attendance.
  • Answering phone and scanning into patients EPR record.
