Job Details

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Master Vehicle Technician to join our team at Listers Audi in Coventry. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in our service team by providing top-quality diagnostics and repairs, ensuring excellent care for our customers' vehicles from start to finish.

Basic Salary up to £42,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits. Our pay packages are industry-leading and tailored to your experience and skills.

Our modern, well-equipped facilities offer a professional environment, and we provide ongoing training and development opportunities. You will also mentor and assist other technicians, helping to speed up fault diagnosis and repair processes.

As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will be the specialist responsible for repairs, fault detection, and diagnostics, ensuring all work is completed safely, to high standards, and to customer satisfaction. You will assist the Service Manager and undertake repairs and servicing accurately and skillfully, adhering to all safety and industry guidelines.

About You
  • Experienced Master or Diagnostic Technician with extensive industry experience.
  • Experience within a franchised dealer environment is preferred; knowledge of the Audi brand is a plus but not essential.
  • You may be a Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester, HGV Technician, or Auto Technician seeking progression.
  • Open to candidates from independent garages, fast fit centres, car supermarkets, or main dealerships.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or working towards it.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
