Overview

Ysgol Greenhill School requires an Attendance Officer to join the Administration Team with responsibility for attendance monitoring and providing administrative support in relation to admissions of all pupils. To promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture. Liaise with Senior Assistant Head responsible for attendance, the Heads of House, the Family of Schools' Attendance Officer and outside agencies. To be the point of contact for Parents/Carers, staff, pupils and Local Authority in relation to all attendance matters.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: Grade 5 – £26,403 – £27,694 pro rata for an Attendance Officer. 22 hours per week (Wednesday‑Friday) for 22 hours per week, 44.8 weeks per annum equating to £13,889.05 pro rata. The position is a permanent part‑time role based at Ysgol Greenhill School, an 11‑to‑19 comprehensive school serving Tenby and surrounding areas. The role requires a start date as soon as possible.
