Your Mission:

As an Attendance Officer, you’ll:
Offer compassionate support to students with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, or SLD) and their families
Track attendance trends and create tailored strategies to boost engagement (including home visits)
Analyze data and manage legal attendance processes
Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to champion student success

What You Bring:

Experience – At least 1 year supporting SEN/SEND students
Safeguarding Insight – Strong awareness of child protection and attendance policies
DBS Check – Enhanced (registered or willing to obtain)
Eligibility – Right to work in the UK & two professional references
Mobility – Must hold a valid UK driver’s license
