Established in 2015, my client is a well-respected, friendly team of 20 property professionals committed to delivering quality service to their customers.

They focus on quality over quantity, carrying out four to five L3 Surveys per week, with one day per week in the office or at home reserved for report writing.

Offering:

  • Workplace pension (standard)
  • RICS memberships paid
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance
  • Lucrative bonus scheme: 20% of income above threshold per quarter (threshold varies between £20,000 and £30,000). For example, at a threshold of £25,000 and quarterly income of £50,000, the bonus would be (£50,000 - £25,000) x 20% = £5,000 per quarter, totaling approximately £20,000 per year, paid quarterly on top of basic salary.

  • Turnaround times: 2-3 days for L2, 4-5 days for L3

  • Opportunities for diversification into valuation and party wall work with training and support
