Are you ready to step into a leadership role within a consultancy with ambitious growth plans? We\'re seeking an experienced Associate Sustainability Consultant to join a thriving sustainability team and take ownership of delivering industry-leading projects across the built environment.

This is a high-impact role where you\'ll lead a team of 7 sustainability specialists, manage major client accounts, and drive forward net zero, ESG, and green building certification strategies across a wide variety of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 consultants, providing guidance and professional development support.
• Deliver and oversee BREEAM New Construction and LEED New Construction assessments, ensuring best-in-class certification outcomes.
• Shape and implement net zero and decarbonisation strategies for private and public sector clients.
• Advise on ESG frameworks, climate risk, and biodiversity/net gain initiatives.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Contribute to business development by growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership and stay ahead of emerging trends, standards, and regulations.

About You
