About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Solicitor, to join our dynamic Commercial Proprty team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality, complex commercial property matters within a reputable and growing firm.

What This Role Would Include

  • Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases.
  • With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.
  • Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.
  • Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches.
  • Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties

What We Are Looking For

While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
  • A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients' business goals.
